I am pregnant and have bad headaches. Is it safe for a pregnant woman to take painkillers?

The safest painkiller to take while pregnant is acetaminophen.
Your headache may be treatable without painkillers speak with an interventional pain management physician.
Normally we are don't recommend painkillers during pregnancy. Only paracetamol 500mg can take because it is safe.
