“Is my 3 year old granddaughter behaving normally?”
My granddaughter is three years old, she does not talk as she cries for anything, and she will not go to the toilet. Also, she doesn't feel uncomfortable when she's wet or has made bobo on herself, she is just contented until someone smells or checks her. Is that normal?

She needs to be evaluated by an early childhood specialist. She's far behind in her development.
These conditions you describe seem to suggest possible neurodevelopmental delays, and she should be screened by a skilled pediatrician who can consider and rule out developmental problems.
