Is nose surgery permanent?

I am a 35 year old female. I want to know if nose surgery is permanent?

When structural changes are happening to any part of the body, including the manipulation of bone and or cartilage, these results are permanent in the fact that your nose will never look like it used to. Changes to the outside of your nose due to cosmetic surgery will occur. What results you have that please or displease you should be discussed with your surgeon at any time. Swelling may takes months to balance out your results.
