“Is pink salt considered better than normal salt for blood pressure patients?”
I have blood pressure problems and my doctor told me to reduce my salt intake. I have heard that the pink salt is healthier for you. Will it help if I switch to that salt?

Replacing fine-grain table salt with crystals of pink Himalayan salt may help to reduce sodium intake, but, is still sodium and should be used in moderation.
