Is prostatic artery embolization safe?

I have BPH and want to get prostatic artery embolization. Is it safe?

Yes, PAE is safe in experienced hands. To find an Interventional Radiologist in your area that can help you, you can visit www.sirweb.org<http://www.sirweb.org>. There is a physician locator by state at the very bottom of the front page. There are 2 boxes side by side. One is the state you live in, and the other is for the procedure (i.e., PAE). You'll get an alphabetical (by city) listing of the doctors that can help you.
Good luck.
