“Is testicular pain and possible swelling / lumps on testicles common with people that have HPV?”
My girlfriend was diagnosed with HPV about 6 months ago and I believe I have had it some time before them just not entirely sure. I often experience some testicular pain all though it is very mild. I also believe lumps have grown on my testicles however I am not sure. I am wondering if these side effects are common of people that have been diagnosed with HPV.

They are two separate problems. The secular lumps are not associated with HPV. You need to have a scuttle ultrasound to make sure you do not have a cancerous mass.
