Is there anything wrong?

For reference, I have GAD, Panic Disorder, Major Depressive, and am a hypochondriac. I have been very panic-ridden the past week. I also went to the hospital yesterday. I got these tests that came back normal: CBC, troponin, CMP, urinalysis, and a chest x-ray front view.

Along with these: malaise, funny vision (focusing and unfocusing) my entire body is sore and weak, dehydration, probably withdrawal symptoms from not taking Zoloft for three days a few days ago and then starting again recently, dizzy, nausea, no appetite. These are my symptoms and I don't know what it is. I also have fears of passing in my sleep. I'm 17.

Simply stated seek professional help from a psychologist-psychiatrist-internal medicine doctor team for a start.
You could have a viral illness. You may also be having side effects from sertraline or hydroxyzine. The main thing to keep in mind is that viruses usually resolve on their own with rest and staying hydrated. Medication side effects may get better with time and if not, then tell your doctor and you can be changed to a different medication. Take a deep breath, hold it for a few seconds, then let it out. It's going to be okay.
Yes, this symptom is from stopping Zoloft right away. You need to taper down.
