“Is there something specific going on with me?”
About 3 weeks to a month ago I got a UTI. I don’t have the ability to get antibiotics and it’s still here I also have been having insanely watery diarrhea for weeks and discharge coming out of my penis I just wanted to know what was going on.

You need to see a doctor to get testing done. The symptoms are concerning enough. I can only speculate about whether the various symptoms are related to each other or represent different problems simultaneously. You need a full evaluation.
