“Is this cancer?”
I have a lump on my breast and it is swollen, red, and it hurts. I tried to put a hot towel on it to see if the swelling would go down but it didn't. i tried to squeeze it to see if it was a cyst and all that came out was a little bit of blood. It's still swollen and very painful.

Cancer is definitely in the differential in considering all the possible causes
Looks like an infected hair follicle.
