“Is this ok for a diabetic?”
My wife is type 2 diabetic is it good or bad for her to drink a lot of semi milk.

It’s not good, it’s not bad. You need to take a look at carbohydrate content and make sure that the right amount of medication, that she is prescribed, covers the amount of carbohydrate intake that she uses on a daily basis. Regardless if it’s milk, a piece of bread, a bagel, a piece of cake, or a tablespoon of sugar, none of it matters other than the carbohydrate count that you apply to the index that is needed her to make sure your sugars not too high or too low.
