Is this tss or nerve damage?

Hi, I tried using a menstrual cup a couple of days ago and I felt terrible while the cup was in and when I took it out I felt a bit better but after a while, I felt worse. I don’t think this is tss because I don’t have rashes or vomiting or anything but I do have this really weird feeling, it doesn’t necessarily hurt but it just feels off when I use the bathroom and in my neck. I also feel really hot and have a headache but I don’t have a fever and I have blood or metallic-like taste in my mouth and throat.

That’s a tough one. It may just be a new experience (that you probably won’t want to repeat) and it’ll get better in a few days. It most likely is not something serious. However, because the serious things that it could be are really serious, I think you should be seen by your usual doctor or in an urgent care. At a minimum, you need a blood count (CBC) and tests for liver and kidney (usually a CMP - complete metabolic profile) and possibly blood clotting tests like an INR. They might do blood cultures, too. Again, most likely this is nothing to worry about but you have enough symptoms to get it checked out more thoroughly. Good luck.
It’s neither based on your symptoms. It could be an urine infection?? Drink atleast 12-16 glasses of water/day. If it gets worse, see a doctor.
Take care!
