A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed.
Do you have macular edema? Because that requires treatment with a retina specialist.
You need to go back to the doctor that took this picture and explain that you don't understand why you have fluid and blurry vision in your eye. I can't see enough of a vital area in this photo to advise on where the fluid leak is, nor do I know any of your eye history to be able to give you any definitive diagnosis or prognosis or treatment recommendations.
The OCT image suggests subretinal edema. You should see a retina specialist for treatment.
See an Ophthalmologist who is a Retinovitreous Specialist for further evaluation and treatment.
