Look for a dentist to get an exam and see what’s causing you that pain. I’m here if you need to make an appointment.
tooth aches can radiate back to the ear...need to get in and get seen by a dentist asap...and take care of what the source is...ibuprofen and tylenol alternated is best for pain relief till you get in

With those symptoms it is possible that your wisdom teeth (if still present) may be the culprit. It could also be TMJ issues or an abscess in one of your teeth .
