Hi,

I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor, and I do not prescribe medications. However, you might consider speaking with your prescriber about GeneSight testing. This test can help identify medications best suited to you based on your genetic profile.

If you are in North Carolina and would like to explore managing your anxiety through therapeutic coping skills, please feel free to reach out to our office, https://www.first-aidcounseling.com/.
Talk therapy can help you identify your triggers, understand how they contribute to feelings of anxiety, and learn effective techniques—such as deep breathing, meditation, and grounding exercises—to manage those symptoms more effectively.
Hello-- I'd say it's time to reassess your medications.

Seek a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and start there.

One should never just stop taking medication. From controlled to even just blood pressure medication, it's dangerous to do so.

The anxiety medication you are on plus prescribed pain medication will essentially drop your dopamine levels to ziltch. If you were on emotional regulation medication such as anti depressants, there was a reason. Time to take the journey.

Be healthy and make good choices.
Please consult your physician, psychiatrist or psychiatric nurse regarding
any questions or concerns about medications.
Hi

I’m sorry to hear that. I currently do not have any openings. But, I can
provide referrals if you’d like?

I'd be happy to talk to you about different options for talk therapy to help manage anxiety. I completely understand how medications don't work for some people at all. Feel free to contact me. We can talk about your needs and get you scheduled in for an appointment.
