Seek a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist and start there.
One should never just stop taking medication. From controlled to even just blood pressure medication, it's dangerous to do so.
The anxiety medication you are on plus prescribed pain medication will essentially drop your dopamine levels to ziltch. If you were on emotional regulation medication such as anti depressants, there was a reason. Time to take the journey.
