“Kappa light chains elevated”
My kappa light chains free serum was slightly elevated at 24.6m/dl. The lambda and ratio were normal. My igg4 level was high at 145. Are the light kappa light chains level and igg4 considered high and could that be causing my symptoms? Could it be elevated in a healthy person?
I have extreme fatigue, pericarditis and tachycardia.

I believe these free light chains are secondary to your possible CTD. Your elevated IgG4 is likely part of your CTD
