“Keto fat burner pills?”
I started a keto diet and want to know if I can also take keto fat burner pills? I'm on meds for hypothyroidism.

I love the ketogenic way of eating. However, I am not a big fan of some of the "fat burner pills" out there as they can disrupt the thyroid. A good source of information for the keto way of life is: www.keto-adapted.com.
