“Knee feels loose”
Hey, my kneecap has felt really loose for a few years now. It clicks a lot when i try to stand up and find myself struggling to move my leg without feeling discomfort. I notice it locks into place when in bed quite a lot too. Nothing too serious but hoped you could help. Thanks

It sounds like you might have something called patellar instability, where the kneecap moves out of place or doesn’t track properly, which can cause clicking, discomfort, and locking. It’s also worth checking something called the Beighton Scale, which helps assess joint flexibility and can sometimes be related to knee issues. Be sure to talk to your parents about this and see a doctor, like an orthopedic specialist. They can recommend exercises to strengthen your knee or suggest other treatments.
