Localized pressure-like headache for 4 months?

I have had a localized pressure-like headache for 4 months at the top of the right side of my head, closer to the frontal area. I have had 2 MRIs done already - no tumor. The headache/pressure is mild, almost constant. In-eye-pressure in the right eye is higher than in the left one. The vision in the right eye got a little worse. What is causing it? Is it possible that a tumor is being formed in that area but the MRI cant pick it up yet? If that is the case, how long will it take for the tumor to grow to a size which would be visible on MRI?

If you have MRI with and without contrast, it is unlikely to miss it. It may be related to migraine or vascular problems. Find a good neurologist .
