“Longerhons cells histiocytosis ”
I was told by my pulmonary dr after a pet scan that I have langerhon cells histiocytosis last Saturday. Should my doctor do a biopsy to confirm that diagnosis. I haven't heard from him since he told me that.

Medications: Aortic valve transplant. Diabetes

I don't know how a diagnosis can be made without a biopsy.So, yes, a biopsy should be done.
