“Low heart rate when waking up?”
When I first wake up in the morning my heart rate on my pulse ox is around 45 into the 50s and my oxygen is 98 to 99. Then once I'm fully awake after 30 minutes to an hour my pulse normalizes to 60s and 70s. Is this anything to worry about?

Probably not as long as your blood pressure and O2 sat are well maintained.
