“MRI results?”

I got an MRI today. I got the results back online but I don’t think my Dr had time to look at them yet. Can someone help me translate them? I will post the “impression” down below.

IMPRESSION:
1. Right parieto-occipital nonenhancing, nonrestricting 2.5 cm mass lesion is most concerning for glioma. Encephalitis or seizures could have a similar appearance, however felt less likely.

It goes on to be signed by the radiologist I guess.
