The first time I masturbated sperm came out but the fourth time only one white drop came out?

This is normal. As with any male, there can be a condition called retrograde ejaculation. This means that sperm gets washed into the bladder instead of out at the tip of the penis. This can happen with certain medications, foods, supplements, and surgical procedures. This is normal and has no residual sequelae.
If you masturbate more than once or twice in 24 hours. You cannot expect any fluid to come out, it takes time to recover.
