“Medical diagnosis?”
I have had a low-grade fever for two weeks along with constant nausea and yet, my blood tests came back normal.

It can be a viral infection, make sure you are drinking enough fluids, please consult your doctor if you continue with the symptoms, hope you feel better soon!
