Medical report CT pulmonary angiography?

Please advise me on the medical report description. Main findings are pulmonary CT angiography. no RA or RV thrombus seen. Central pulmonary artery patent and nkt enlarged. Lobar and segmental branches patent. No pulmonary hemorrhage or infraction seen. Perihiler bronchial wall is seen bilaterally. Bilateral apical pleilural thickening. Subltle areas of traction bronchiatesis in left lower lobe. Patchy area of peripheral ground glass opicites with mild intestinal thickening Focal defect in proximal trachea.

Should be mild interstitial (not intestinal) thickening. Anyway, the overall pattern is non-specific, but can be seen with COVID-19, but again, nonspecific.....good thing no pulmonary embolus...
