“Medication after surgery”
Had shoulder surgery today. Had a nerve block maybe an hour or 2 before. Was given oxycodone immediately after surgery at about 530-6 pm. Starting to feel pins and needles from block. I was given Norco, is it okay to start med? It is now 1 am

The medication sound appropriate unfortunately sometimes the pain breaks through the drugs. The best thing to do is take an anti-inflammatory rest, and the pain will subsided sometime soon.
Yes. Ideally take the pain med right before or as the pain starts to stay ahead of it
