“Medicine Clashing?”
I have been taking Focalin and Intuniv for about 7-8 years now and lately, I have had trouble sleeping so I looked into trying melatonin supplements and was unsure if mixing my other two medications with melatonin could possibly have negative or life-threatening symptoms? Thanks.

It should be fine to take Melatonin with Focalin and Intuniv. I double checked and there are no interactions in the literature.
Melatonin is a safe supplement to take for sleep. It is the natural chemical in your body to help you sleep, so adding it in supplemental form will have no harm on your body with the other medications you are taking.
