Melanoma? Skin growth unexplainable

Hi I have had this skin growth for years now. I have no clue when it appeared but I've noticed it maybe 3 years ago. Its smooth to the touch and it is not raised. The picture with the orange sheet was taken in july on the 10th and the one with white and blue sheet was take august 22. I'm not sure if it has grown but it always looks the same size as i have been eyeing this for some time. It does not ich or have irritation. I'm not sure what it is. Im a home body so I'm usually not in the sun much. Years ago i was outside frequently i would wear flats without socks most of the time so that part would be exposed to the sun. I have not used sunscreen my entire life.My family has no history of melanoma.
I had chicken when I was younger but have not been diagnosed with any viruses or diseases. I take multivitamins for women. Should I see a dermatologist soon?

Since the skin growth has been there for years, has not changed much, and does not itch or cause irritation, it may be benign (harmless). However, it is still a good idea to have a dermatologist check it, especially if you are unsure.

Signs That May Need a Doctor’s Visit:
Changes in size, shape, or color over time
Irregular borders or uneven color
New symptoms like itching, bleeding, or pain
Family history of skin cancer (even though you don’t have one, it’s still good to be cautious)
What You Can Do Now:
Take clear photos and compare them over time.
If you notice any growth or changes, schedule a dermatologist visit.
Start using sunscreen (SPF 30+) even indoors to protect your skin.
Since it has been there for years without much change, it may not be serious, but a dermatologist can confirm if it is harmless or needs further testing.
