“Menstrual cycle”
My cycle has been irregular the last two months. My periods normally last 4-5 days. Last month it was a 2 day cycle and this month it was a day and a half. I took pregnancy test and it was negative. I don't work during the summer, so I'm not stressed or anything. I'm 25 and have been on the same birth control for three yrs.

1- what birth control are you talking , is it pills ?
2- have you gained any weight ?
3- have you had your thyroid levels checked ?
If all if the above are normal - negative
I would not worry about it
Cause birth control pills can have an effect of having very light to no bleeding during menstrual cycle time
And sometimes it can happen after some time of being on it
If any of the above is abnormal- like if you have gained weight or thyroid level is abnormal then it needs correction

The first thing I would consider, since a negative pregnancy was obtained, would be your form of birth control regulating your cycle.
