It's not safe to try removing moles at home using tea tree oil, garlic, or other home remedies. These methods can cause irritation, scarring, or infection and won't effectively remove the mole.

The best way to remove a mole safely is to visit a dermatologist, who can assess it and recommend the proper treatment. There are professional options like excision or laser removal that are safe and effective.

A true mole (nevus) cannot be eliminated with garlic nor with tea tree oil. Most moles are benign growths and don’t need removal unless they’re suspicious clinically. All that said, surgical excision can be done with very little scarring.
Hope the above is helpful.
