Mouth Lump

I am providing some photos about Mouth Palates, i was playing with my tongue in Feb 2021 and discovered a little pimple/lump on my left side palate on the photo is right side, so went couple months later to a dentinst in my country because in US is very expensive , i went to a dentist and told him that i have this little pimple/lump in my palate since Feb 2021 , he told me it’s fine i might hurt eating hard food or it was always like that but i didn’t recognized, he told me is not anything suspicious with my mouth and palate, any-ways reading more and more online i get paranoid and scared that it might be acc or cancer or tumor and reading this online i get lost and scared a lot and be worrying all the time.

About symptoms: never had a pain in that spot or mouth and jaw numbness, never had bleeding, never had any symptoms realted to bad diseases.

This past friday i was eating an ice cream and i touched that spot with an ice cream and it gave me that cold pain , but if i do not touch that spot it doesn’t hurt so if i touch and give it a hard pressure it hurts, so let me know anyone if i need to to urgently to a dentist or do a ct or do something let me know your opinions from your point of view like what does this look like?

You would really help me giving a idea about this, i really appriciated

The pictures were not focused enough to diagnose. I don’t see anything unusual. In general, not all bumps and lumps are dangerous specially in the palette. As you go for routine checkups every 6 months, you can ask your dentist to check it out.  Any changes in size and shape, also have it checked
