Most of the time it will correct naturally. However if he gets to 3 or 4 and still is bowed have an Orthopaedic Doctor look at him.
It depends. Sometimes casting and/or bracing may help. But sometimes, depending on the deformity, surgery may be needed.
A rotation deformity can often be corrected but an exam is needed first. I would highly recommend visiting an Orthopaedic Surgeon who specializes in childhood limb issues.
Sometimes.

Almost will corrected but some type need intervention
Twisting could be at different parts of legs. It could be at ankle, shin bones, knees or thigh bones. It has many causes though most often the cause is congenital or developmental. Treatment usually involves splinting the leg. The child requires examination.
Twisted legs can be caused by various reasons. Some get corrected on their own, some need surgery. I would advise you to see your general practitioner and a paediatric orthopaedic specialist.
Yes, there are surgical procedures that can be done. The procedure depends on which way the legs are twisted. The younger the patient, the more remodeling occurs to a normal result.
There are many causes for twisted legs. Unless severe surgery is not required. The underlying cause must be known.

It is possible for his condition to correct itself. Otherwise, he may need braces for his legs. Surgery is a last resort.
