“My bowels are locked up what can I take for this?”
I ate too much cheese and now my bowels are locked up what can I take to relieve this problem?

I'm guessing that "locked up" means constipation? This is treated by high fiber diet, metamucil/citrucel, laxatives like dulcolax, MOM, Miralax, etc.
