“My child's tummy pain?”
My son 4 year old had tummy pain around 3 pm while coming back home from his school. The pain was around his belly button. I thought as he didn't eat anything in school he had the pain and gave him curd and rice. His pain didn't go away, then I put him to sleep. After 45 min he woke up and complained of tummy pain. After that, he vomited all the curd rice that he ate. After 15 min he said he is feeling better and he is doing fine now. His bathroom habits are normal. What could be wrong?

He could have been having gas pains so that when he ate that made it worse and he vomited. If he is fine and vomiting does not recur then nothing to worry about. If he continues to vomit or have pain you should contact your physician.
Likely just a stomach bug
Since he did not have fever most probably will be a dietary indiscretion, just observe him for the next 24 hours
