My eyes hurt when I look to the left? it happens in my left eye when looking all the way. I just got the covid shot.

A complete ophthalmologic exam should be performed to determine the cause of your symptoms.
We don’t have enough data as to covid vaccine-related side effects affecting the eyes. I would wait and see how it feels in a week or two. Do warm compresses and take NSAIDs.
If you have recently received a covid vaccine shot, it may be due to myalgias (muscle aches/pain) sometimes associated with the shots. However, if the pain persists, please see an eye care specialist, especially if vision blurring or loss or worsening pain or double vision happens.
This is common with some viral infections, so it may be a similar reaction to the vaccine. If it does not go away in a few days, then go see an eye doctor.
