With all of those issues in a 64-year-old, you probably have arthritis. Hard to say if it is mild or severe. Try taking advil 3 tablets with each meal for 2 weeks. If you aren't better, see an orthopedic surgeon for a more exact diagnosis and treatment plan.

Hope it helps!!

Several possible reasons for leg swelling and hurting; Vascular compromise, poor cardiac function, spinal stenosis, sciatica from nerve root compression or sacroiliac inflammation. You should start with your cardiologist and if they clear you proceed to interventional pain management.
Sounds like you may have a serious problem and need medical attention soon. There could be a number of causes for your problem including poor circulation or a nerve problem from your back. Start with your family doctor and if they can’t help you seek help from a rheumatologistOrthopedic surgeon or vascular specialist.
There is no clear answer to this. Many factors can cause this pain. However, you should discuss with your doctor about possibly getting a lumbar MRI to evaluate for lumbar spinal stenosis. It may also be a good idea to get an evaluation of your lower extremity blood flow.
