“My mom has a small scratch?”
My mom and I were in the kitchen and she accidentally cut herself and blood was present. I grabbed the knife and washed it off while she washed her wound. When I went back upstairs and got on my phone I noticed I had a scratch on my wrist. My mom is HIV positive and I am nervous that because she cut herself and then I got scratched, have I been affected as well?

Probably not. Is your mother on treatment with control? If so, then even more unlikely. If your mother is not on treatment, then the question is did a knife with her blood cut scratch you? Only then would I worry. I think as I understand your incident you have reason to be worried
