Hi. My period is late by 5-6 weeks. I’m a virgin and never had sexually intercourse. My nipple are tender and hurt at times.

This is okay. sometimes periods can be late. if you don't get one by 8 weeks, see your doctor

Your period is simply delayed. The breast tenderness is most likely water retention.
