Get X-ray
Rice: rest, ice, compression, elevation
Probable impingement syndrome decrease inflsmation if candidate
NSAIDS
IF NOT BETTER, REVIEW WITH DR. WALK THE WALL WITH FINGER, WALK UP WALL SLOWLY TO KEEP RANGE OF MOTION. ICE AFTER ALL HEAVY ACTIVITIES
NSAIDS (if no kidney or Gastrointestinal issues)
Ie naprosyn, Ibuprofen, etc
Seems like a shoulder problem, of course, mostly from rotator cuff. You may want to start with physical therapy and NSAIDs like ibuprofen. If that is not working, may need imaging and injection in the shoulder.

Go to your primary care doctor. Seek an X-ray to make sure nothing is broken and see if you have arthritis. If all is clear you probably have a rotator cuff tear. Before you go much further get on an NSAID with a non-addictive muscle relaxant, rest your arm, apply heat packs and stretch because your pain is probably related to muscle spasm. A couple of weeks of mysofascial release massage should help. If your pain and myospasm doesn't improve then get an MRI looking for tears and cervical spine problems. If you do get a response keep on with the stretching and therapy even though your pain has improved. Remember that getting your pain under control doesn't mean you are healed, that takes weeks, if not months, so take it easy and you will get better. Good luck.
See an orthopaedic surgeon or interventional pain management specialist or even a sports medicine physician.
Ice, rest and Advil for 7-14 days.
If not better go be seen by ortho.
Make sure non surgical issue.
PRP works great on shoulder, it helps decrease healing time and acts as anti inflammatory.
I hope you get better fast and if not come see me
