I am 14 years old and feel like throwing up but when I try to vomit no vomit comes out but I could feel it in my gut that feeling of your heart rate increasing when your gonna vomit I could feel it and no vomit once so ever

Nausea happens a lot in young people like you. You can get medication to help with that but you should see a pediatrician.
