“Nervous about short-term memory. What can I do?”
Over the last several months or so I noticed I have trouble recalling unimportant short-term memories such as meetings. Is there anything I can do to boost my memory?

Neurologist
Depends on your age & any medical disorders. Start with your family physician. If he finds nothing, it is time to see a neurologist to pin this down further. Unless you are vitamin deficient, nutritional unlikely to do much. Exercise physically & mentally. This helps slow things down. Main point is make sure this is not a disorder like Alzheimers getting started.
It all depends on the reason behind the memory decline. You may take b complex vitamin and possibly alpha lipoic acid supplements. Other supplements such as fish oil are also helpful.
