“Not recovering after shoulder surgery”
I dislocated my shoulder twice and fractured it. I eventually had a bankart repair, and I am 7 months post-surgery. I still have pain with int/ext rotation, ab/ad and horizontal ab/ad duction, and flexion. There is a constant pain at rest as well.
What are possible reasons why someone would not have healed by this time?

May have early arthritis from all the trauma and surgery.Check with your surgeon.
Better to get an evaluation from your surgeon. Some pain after surgery is normal muscle pain which takes time. But constant pain needs evaluation.
