“Numbness right ball/pulling into basin”
Recently I visited a urologist because of a dullness in my right ball that pulls up into my lower right belly area.. He researched via Ultrasonic if anything would be stuck. Nothing. He proceeded to check for hernia which apparently Boris Becker had. I still feel that dullness and it feels like theres a slight hardness/swollenness in my front basin. Sometimes it feels like a blood vessel would pop open and liquid would flow again. Like after ejaculation.

I'm a bit confused by your terminology. Maybe a complete study which checks blood flow is needed also...a Testicular ultrasound-doppler study.
You may need more investigation to R/O hernia
