Nutrition?

I am a 16 year old boy. I am 63.5 kg, 170 cm. I am pretty fit but not shredded. I go to the gym for a year now. I want to be shredded. I work out 5 times per week. Should I eat in a calorie deficit? How many calories should I eat per day?

I think your weight is something different. I will assume you mean 63.5 kg, not 635. If you want to build up muscle, I would probably consume more calories rather than fewer. Muscles need calories to grow and to work.

I do not think cutting calories is the answer. Work on a high protein diet to build more muscle and consider a personal trainer to help you choose the most appropriate exercises
