“Odd symptoms with my breathing and heart?”
What does it mean if a person is out of breath and his heartbeat is slow? Also, his chest tightens up and his ears start to ring. This is my 2nd time, earlier it happened to me about a month ago.

Conditions: No medication

I think it is hard to determine what those symptoms mean without having a full history, physical exam and possibly an EKG. I would suggest that you make an appointment to see a doctor if the symptoms persist.
