“Odd throat pain?”
My throat has been really sore for about 4 days now and just last night it felt like something is stuck in my throat. Whenever I swallow my saliva or even liquid it sends a sharp pain up my chest towards my throat and it's hard to swallow something that doesn't feel right.

Your throat pain does not sound odd at all. It sounds like an infection of some kind, possibly strep throat. I recommend that you see either a primary doctor, an ENT specialist, or even an urgent care. Any of those should be able to help.

Probably should have an ENT do an endoscopy. Could be pharyngeal muscle spasm. Best to take a look.
