My left eye droops and my right eye pupil is dilated more than the left my left eye was twitching quite a lot the other day. I'm happy to send more pictures of my ugly mug if need be it's just really stressing me out I'm hoping it's not permanent.

Go see an ophthalmologist to rule out Horner's syndrome.
You may have a left sided Horner's syndrome which includes a droopy eyelid and a small pupil. If this is of recent onset you should probably get an examination.
New onset of ptosis (one or both lids drooping) and anisocoria (pupils not being the same size) requires emergent evaluation by an ophthalmologist. Although some causes of this can be benign, others can be emergencies. As such I recommend evaluation as soon as possible.
This is a potentially serious condition called Horner’s syndrome of the left eye. You need to have imaging done urgently of the head, neck, and chest to look for a structural lesion interfering with the sympathetic nerve pathway on the left side. It has a complex course from the brain stem down the spinal cord to the upper chest level, then up along the carotid artery to the orbit and eye. See an ophthalmologist immediately or go to the ER, especially if you are having neck pain or a headache.
You could have a condition called Horner's syndrome that has many possible causes, but is quite serious. I would get an evaluation with an eye doctor as soon as possible.

From this photo it looks like Horner’s Syndrome. While most causes are not serious, it can be. I think you need to see an ophthalmologist or a neurologist, or even better a neuro-ophthalmologist as soon as you possibly can.

Horner’s syndrome is the combination of ptosis (droopy lid), and meiosis (small pupil). Please see an ophthalmologist or neurologist immediately. SO
The pupil asymmetric appearance may be related to the droopy lid. Do you also have decreased sweating on the left side? If so, please go in to get an ophthalmologist to examine you.
