“Overdose treated with narcan after care no hospital?”
An iv heroin addict overdosed approx an hour ago. He won't go to the hospital. He's currently sleeping, is that safe?

No that is absolutely NOT safe. You must go to the ER immediately after overdose even if Narcan helped. He is still in significant danger.
