POTS symptoms?

I’m having POTS symptoms for the past 3 months whenever I bend down to pick up an item that I dropped or play with my dog, my heart starts to beat fast for the next 2-4 minutes and I start to feel dizzy and breathless. I took my bpm and bp after 1 minute of laying down and I recorded them again after 30 seconds of standing. Bpm and blood pressure before: 116/64 and 70bpm. After: 125/72 and 80bpm.

Your heart rate and BP don' meet the strict criteria of true POTS. However, since you are symptomatic, there are things you can do. First, you need to stay well hydrated by drinking at least 2 liters of fluid a day. Drink frequently throughout the day. Second, stay away from alcohol and caffeine. Third, use salt with meals to increase the sodium. If these things don't make a difference, then see your doctor and ask for a tilt table test.
