“Pain and Indentions”
I have been painting today at my mothers. Got home around 3 and it is now 7. I am having pain under my love handle area, kind of in my hip socket area. Also on the outer side of my calf same leg. I also have an Indention to the left of my shin bone.

Muscle pains due to exertion, about the indentations first should do x-rays, but probably due to muscle contraction.
Sounds like you have aggravated your Sciatic Nerve. Pain from the buttock radiating down the lower leg is often caused by aggravation of the Sciatic Nerve. Ice packs, Antiinflamatory medication eg. Ibuprofen gelcaps, Possibly a visit with your Physician or a Chiropractor will give you more information and a treatment plan.
