“Pain during urination?”
I have been having some pain in the lower part of my penis after I hurt my penis during sex. I also now experience pain while urinating (similar to a UTI pain). There has been no bleeding, bruising, or swelling. It has been less than 24 hours since the incident and am wondering if it can potentially be urethral stricture? If so, how long can I wait before seeing a doctor? It might be worth mentioning that the pain has been decreasing as time passes.

If the incident occurred a day ago, and the symptoms are improving, then you can wait to see what happens. I am quite sure the symptoms will resolve. If the symptoms persist, you may want to be checked for blood in the urine or a urine infection. If you have either blood or an infection, your doctor will do the appropriate.
